3. Refund & Return Policy

At Our Hunger Stories, we take pride in preparing your meals fresh and delivering them promptly. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur.

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment or transaction error
  • Wrong order delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Damaged or spoiled items received
  • Failed payment where the amount has been deducted but order not confirmed

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Once the food preparation has started
  • Customer dislikes the taste or changes mind after delivery
  • Delay in delivery due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method after approval.

For refund requests, please contact support@ourhungerstories.com with your order ID and proof of issue.


4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided food preparation has not started. Once preparation begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at +91 9892578630 or email support@ourhungerstories.com with your order details.

If a cancellation is approved before preparation starts, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
