Our Hunger Stories is a cloud kitchen and restaurant owned and operated by Qaif Amaan Shaikh, Proprietor of Our Hunger Stories, located at Shop No 17, Hard Rock CHS LTD, Sector 7, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210.

We deliver food items through our own delivery partners and also via third-party platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato.

2. Use of the Website

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders and not to misuse the website in any way.

3. Menu and Pricing

All menu items, prices, and offers are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed through our website and paid for via Razorpay using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets. Once confirmed, an order cannot be modified.

5. Delivery

We strive to deliver orders within the estimated time, but actual delivery time may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints. Delivery areas are limited to specific zones around Kharghar and nearby locations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Our Hunger Stories. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
